Good for Business, Good for the Planet: How Companies Drive Positive Impact

Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2020, 4:00 PM
Park MGM, Level 1, Park Theater

Consumer preference for purpose and sustainability today is at a high, and studies prove that doing good can be good for business. There’s never been a stronger case for global organizations to anchor their business strategies in driving societal and planetary change. But how can businesses meaningfully influence change and move it from theory to action?

The answer often lies in technological innovation, and two companies that understand this inherently are Unilever and Salesforce, both of which have made commitments to grow their businesses while serving all of their stakeholders — including customers, partners, employees, communities and the environment.

In conversation with MediaLink Chairman and CEO Michael E. Kassan, Unilever CEO Alan Jope and Salesforce co-CEO Marc Benioff will discuss the role that technology can play in making our world a more sustainable and progressive place to live and do business.

A keynote panel featuring industry leaders on the topic of purpose-driven businesses will follow the conversation.
